Is parking difficult at your location?

We have made it easy for you! Complimentary parking is provided in the 67 Howard Street Garage, located directly behind Spa Wellington. Just pull a ticket, bring it with you, and we’ll swap it out with a free pass during check-out.

Do you need to know about any of my health concerns?

Before your treatment begins, your therapist will inquire about your general health. Please provide health information or medical conditions such as illness, high blood pressure, allergies, heart ailments, or pregnancy. We can consult with you and make adjustments or recommendations as necessary.

What kind of feedback should I provide my therapist?

Before your treatment begins, please let the therapist know of any areas that many need special attention. During your massage, please do not hesitate to express any discomfort or preferences that will make your experience more enjoyable, such as music volume, massage pressure, bed temperature or perhaps your body is begging for a change in position. This is your time for optimal relaxation and therapeutic benefits.

Are food and beverages available?

Beauty begins on the inside. Hot coffee and water are offered with our compliments. If you are feeling a hungry, choose from a special spa menu created and prepared by Wellington’s Restaurant just steps away. *Gluten free available.

Are any of your products available to use at home?

Who says you can’t take it with you? Browsing through our retail display can have a beneficial effect, too – though the ‘lift’ will not last as long as benefits you’ll receive from treatments. You’ll find high quality salon, spa products, and gift items. Skin products, aromatherapy oils and cosmetics.

Are Gift Certificates available?

Gift certificates are available and may be purchased by phone or at the Spa Reception Desk.
