Guests are encouraged to schedule spa appointments in advance, but we always welcome walk-ins. Subject to availability.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to check-in, relax and prepare for your service. Should you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened to accommodate the next guest’s appointment.
Cancellation & No-show Policy
Your appointments are very important to our Spa Wellington team of professionals. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, you please provide us with 24-hour notice. This way, our team of professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Guests must be 18 years of age. Special arrangements may be made for youth appointments with the consent and participation of a parent or guardian.
Gratuities are accepted in cash only. If you were happy with your service, it is customary to give 15-20% of the full menu price to your therapist. For group bookings of four or more individuals, an 18% service charge is added to the total.
Luxurious robes and sandals in your private room are provided. It is customary to completely disrobe for most spa services. Undergarments may be worn during treatments if you prefer. All of our therapists are skilled in proper draping procedures to ensure your complete comfort and privacy.
